IEG: ENERGY FOR EVERY EMERGENCY, THE APPOINTMENT WITH POWER GENERATION IS AT DPE

Press release n. 4 of the 04/10/2019 11.38.41 ( download )

The first edition of the Italian Exhibition Group event is being held at Rimini Expo Centre from 5th to 8th November, simultaneously with KEY ENERGY and ECOMONDO.
Numerous new products will be presented by the companies, plus a rich program of meetings

Rimini, 3rd November 2019 . The curtain is about to rise on DPE - DISTRIBUTED POWER EUROPE, the new event that offers a reference point for the Italian power generation industry.
The appointment, organized by Italian Exhibition Group, is being held at Rimini Expo Centre from 5th to 8th November, simultaneously with KEY ENERGY and ECOMONDO. The sector is growing throughout the world, thanks to the great demand arriving from worksites and events with no permanent power supply and ´hungry´ for energy. In effect, gensets, UPS groups and off-grid production units can be used in various across-the-board ways in numerous sectors, first of all in the traditional energy sector, from solar to wind, cogeneration through biogas to oil & gas.

SOLUTIONS FOR EVERY EMERGENCY
Among the companies exhibiting at DPE there will be Coelmo, whose generating sets have enabled one of the major Algerian petrol companies to perfect their production processes and several telephone companies to power their BTS stations. On the other hand, power generators by Green Power have played a fundamental role in protecting communities from environmental emergencies: two of them were supplied for a data centre of the Civil Defence in Northeastern Italy, ensuring thousands of hours of well-proven reliability in the installation prime for production/manufacturing systems, hospitals and data processing hubs.
The situation was different in Saudi Arabia, where two railway lines cross the desert, connecting Al-Jalameed with the coast of Ras Al Khair, and Hail with Riyadh and Dammam. Every 20 kilometres along the tracks, communication and signal units are positioned, powered by Genmac generators. A very flexible power generator solution is to be found in an energy production station in Senegal, produced by Bruno Generators: its gensets are suitable for various applications, such as the rental sector for the entertainment industry and the mineral sector, thanks their low noise level and ability to operate under extreme temperature conditions. Mecc Alte will exhibit some of its power classes, including the digital MAVR (Mecc Alte Automatic Voltage Regulator) solutions to provide precision personalization and performance monitoring.
NEW AT DPE 2019
On the occasion of the first edition of DPE 2019, numerous new products will be on show. Volvo Penta will give a preview presentation of the new range of Stage V motors for power generation. FPT Industrial, Energy Rental, Sices and Riello UPS are giving world previews of an innovative system of zero-emission power generation for a mobile Diesel generator with a power of 300 kVA. The system combines and integrates two high-efficiency UPS modules with two high performance battery systems, which can be powered by a traditional electricity network or one using photovoltaic panels and by a Cursor motor able to meet the most recent European Stage V regulations. Genmac on the other hand us launching the new GSU storage system, a smart storage system with lithium batteries and integrated inverter (single- or 3-phase), able to coordinate photovoltaic panels, storage of the energy generated, power generator, grid and choice of priority loads.
AN AREA FOR TRADE/INDUSTRY MEMBERS
DPE is hosted in Hall B6 at Rimini Expo Centre, where an area reserved for industry/trade members will also be set up, with a business lounge for buyers, a Press Corner and a forum. Ample space will be at the disposal of companies, who will have the possibility of presenting their products with company speeches; a series of buyer delegations is awaited from the Balkans, North Africa, Near East, South America and Asia (the Philippines and India).

DATES AND SEMINARS
DPE, the new meeting point for enterprises to update, is also being launched as a place for visitors to network and exchange ideas and experiences. At Rimini Expo Centre, market data and trends will be presented from PowerGen Statistics, the sector´s international research institute headquartered in London; in-depth seminars have also been organized with authoritative international speakers, including Professor Jose Antonino Daviu of Valencia´s Polytechnic University, Professor Vassilios G. Agelidis of the Technical University of Denmark, Professor Paolo Mattavelli of the University of Padua (Department of Management and Engineering), as well as Professor Giuseppe Cantore of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (´Enzo Ferrari´ Department of Engineering). Proceedings will be coordinated by Professor Nicola Bianchi of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Drives Laboratory and Professor Fabio Tinazzi of the Department of Technique and Management of Industrial Systems, both from Padua University.
